Cowpens Flag, 3' x 5' Nylon

The Cowpens flag, also known as the 3rd Maryland flag, is an early version of the United States flag. Like the Betsy Ross flag, white stars are arranged in a circle on a blue field. But in the Cowpen's flag, the circle consists of just 12 stars, with the 13th star in the center.
